§ 2-29. Order of business.

  • The order of business shall be as follows:

    (1)

    Call to order.

    (2)

    Roll call.

    (3)

    Approval of minutes of the previous meeting.

    (4)

    Resolutions, ordinances, orders, and other business.

    (5)

    Reports of standing committees (if any).

    (6)

    Reports of special committees (if any).

    (7)

    Reports of officers (if any).

    (8)

    Public participation (exhibit A, attached to Ordinance 1275 on file with the city).

    (9)

    Adjournment.
